We've had a brilliant week in Year 6- thanks for all of your hard work.
Home Learning for this week...
English
- continue your story maps if you need to finsih them. These need to be in for Tuesday 16th October.
- read Part 4 Chapter 2 and 3 of Eagle in the Snow (pages 203-231), for Tuesday 16th October. Don't read the last chapter!
- look at the presentation about next week's spelling focus. We'll be learning these rules from Monday onwards and throughout the week.
Maths
- Have a look at the link below. Next week, starting on Monday 15th, we are working with decimals- we may touch on fractions and percentages, too. https://www.mathsisfun.com/decimals.html You might even take a peek at the link to multiplying decimals too...
- TT Rockstars is a non-negotiable, really. You need to be hot on your times tables! Get on it and get better!
Extra
- Practise the Harvest songs, ready for Tuesday!
- You might want to liaise with your group members about any resources that you need to make your electricity game on Wednesday.
